• If you need funding: To meet financial requirements, and make standard checks before lending, we must visit you at your place of work. We know requests for funding can often be made at the last minute so we will make arrangements to visit you very soon after you contact us so you can proceed as quickly as you need to. Once our checks have been completed and you are known to us, arranging new funding is just a phone call away.
• If you need strategic advice on financial management: We would prefer to meet you at your premises so we can see at first hand how things are.
• If you need strategic advice on business direction: You might prefer us to meet outside your offices; we would be happy to meet you wherever it suits you best.

Hours: As with you, ours is not a nine to five existence. We are often in the office early in the morning and late in the evening. At other times, our phone number diverts to our mobiles so that we are available whenever (within reason!) you need to talk to us about a deal.
