Azule is the leading provider of asset finance to the Media, Live Audio & Lighting, Audio Visual and Photographic sectors Across Europe.  The company is based in the UK with offices in Datchet and London but the business also has operations in Germany, Ireland and  joint ventures across other countries in mainland Europe.  Azule arranged funding of 50 million in its FYE 2016 across its European Operations. The company has many major UK & European manufacturer finance programmes with Sony, Canon, Avid, Harman to name but a few. Since inception in 2004 Azule  has enjoyed year on year growth and is well positioned to continue to grow.

Collections and Credit Administrator

The Role:

The credit team are responsible for sourcing the finance requirements that Azule’s clients request in a swift and efficient manner. This role will support the Credit Director and Underwriter by taking responsibility for managing arrears, helping ensure that assets are inspected regularly and by providing administrative support for our risk assessments.

  • Administration experience in asset finance and leasing desirable

Reporting to:

  • Credit Underwriter (directly), Credit Director (indirectly)

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Collection of arrears through regular and structured contact with our clients
  • Reporting on arrears and problem cases to management
  • Arranging annual asset inspections on our larger clients, preparing schedules of assets to be inspected and liaising with third-party asset inspectors to ensure their work is carried out thoroughly and in a time and cost efficient manner
  • Obtaining, checking and loading relevant client information onto our CRM system
  • Carrying out credit reference agency and other client related searches accurately and ensuring that Azule has the client’s consent to do so in line with GDPR requirements
  • Grading the strength of clients based on financial information received
  • Liaising with Azule’s account managers to obtain and chase up missing/additional information
  • Chasing Azule’s third party funders for acceptances/feedback on proposals
  • Other reports, tasks and assistance as may be required within the wider Azule company

Salary: £20,000.00 to £25,000.00 /year

Sales Support Administrator

This is an admin role in the sales support team and requires strong attention to detail, organisation skills and time management with the ability to communicate well and work under pressure. The sales support team are responsible for delivering ‘best in class’ admin sales support for the business.

  • Full time role
  • 2+ years administration experience in asset finance and leasing

Role Responsibilities:

  • Preparing Documents and invoice requesting
  • Managing and chasing customers
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Check and post all invoices to Sage ensuring all postings are correct.
  • Preparing 3rd party pay outs
  • Liaising with sales team for updates and queries
  • Liaising with funders on customer queries/pay outs
  • Maintenance and updating of customer accounts on the database

Account Manager

PACKAGE
(OTE 80-100k+)
Basic Salary 40-50k (depending on experience) + Commission, + Car Allowance

As part of Azule’s ambition to continue our growth, we are looking for an experienced account manager to assist with our plans. The role will offer the candidate the ability to join a great, dynamic team that get to work within a range of fun and interesting sectors. Its typical profile of customers are involved in TV shows such as Sherlock right through to providing the sound at the main stage of Glastonbury.

THE ROLE
This is a sales role requiring management of current live deals, lapsed and prospect accounts to sell asset finance as a service. The role is responsible for driving revenue and income in line with quarterly and annual targets. You will be expected to proactively manage all account relationships to maximise customer life, renewal and income creation.

The candidate will have a minimum 2 years’ experience working in an account management role within a leasing brokerage or a direct sales role in a leasing company. The role will be split 70/30, with 70% of the time managing existing and historic clients, and the remaining 30% will be spent canvassing new accounts and opportunities.
